What we make
Short vertical videos built from your own clips: a behind-the-scenes look at your shop, a quick how-to, a reaction to a customer question, a new product in someone's hands. Most run well under a minute. You can order one clip or a batch cut from the same shoot.
Starting from raw clips
Self-shot footage tends to come in pieces. There are false starts, retakes, a few seconds of the floor before you hit stop, and the one good take buried in the middle. The first pass pulls out the usable parts of every clip. If you said the same line three times, we pick the cleanest one and tell you which file it came from.
Captions and safe areas
Many people scroll with the sound off, so captions carry the message. We set them large and inside the safe area, away from the parts of the screen the apps cover with buttons, usernames and descriptions. Word-by-word highlight, plain subtitles or your own style: say which in the brief.
The first two seconds
A viewer decides fast whether to keep watching. The edit opens on the strongest picture or line, trims any slow lead-in, and skips a logo intro. If a clip needs context, one short on-screen line can carry it.
Horizontal footage
If you filmed sideways or on a camera that only shoots wide, we can reframe to 9:16 and follow the action. It works best when the subject sits near the center of the frame. Tell us if you need both a vertical and a square or wide version from the same clips.
| Platform | Shape | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram Reels | 9:16 vertical | Cover frame picked from the clip |
| TikTok | 9:16 vertical | Captions kept clear of the right-hand buttons |
| YouTube Shorts | 9:16 vertical | Can point back to a longer video |
| Facebook and feeds | 1:1 or 4:5 | Captioned for sound-off viewing |
Platform limits on length and format change from time to time, so we check the current ones at delivery.
Questions
Can you pick the best moments for me?
Yes. We send a short list of moments with file names and times, plus a line on why each one works, and you choose which to finish.
Do you post the clips?
No. You get ready-to-post files and caption text, and your accounts stay in your hands.
Can you add music?
We can add music from a library you have a license for, or leave a gap so you can pick a sound inside the app when you post.
Clips piling up on your phone? Tell us what you filmed, what you want out of it, and where it will be posted.
